Personal Data Protection Law Clarification Text
Under Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), titled “Data Controller’s Obligation to Inform,” Nüans Holding San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., as the data controller, is obliged to provide information regarding its identity, the purpose of processing personal data, to whom and for what purposes the processed personal data may be transferred, the method and legal basis for collecting personal data, and the rights of the personal data owner as specified in Article 11 of the KVKK.
This Clarification Text has been prepared to inform and enlighten data subjects in accordance with the KVKK and relevant legislation.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed by Nüans Holding in accordance with the provisions and procedures set forth by the KVKK and other relevant laws and regulations, in order to fulfill our legal obligations and continue our operations.
Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties and/or Abroad
Your personal data may be transferred within Turkey to legally authorized state or public institutions and, when necessary for the effective execution of Nüans Holding’s services, to relevant legal entities under protocols and confidentiality agreements in accordance with Article 8 of Law No. 6698. Your personal data is not transferred abroad.
Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data may be processed based on the legal grounds stated in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698, including but not limited to:
When your explicit consent is obtained for mandatory situations;
If it is explicitly prescribed by law;
If the processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract and necessary for the parties;
If it is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation of the data controller;
If it is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right;
If it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject;
Additionally, under the authority and duties granted by Article 234, paragraph (t), of Presidential Decree No. 4, your personal data may be processed by our administration through various channels, including application forms, website membership and contact forms, e-newsletter subscription forms, cookies, and job application forms.
Access to Personal Data and Your Rights Under KVKK
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you may contact Nüans Holding to:
Learn whether your personal data has been processed;
Request information if your personal data has been processed;
Learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in accordance with that purpose;
Learn the third parties to whom your data has been transferred domestically;
Request the correction of any incomplete or incorrect data;
Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the legal reasons for processing no longer apply;
Request notification of these corrections or deletions to third parties to whom your data has been transferred;
Object to any results that are to your detriment based on analysis through automated systems;
Request compensation if you suffer damages due to unlawful data processing.

Nüans Holding will evaluate and respond to your request in writing or electronically within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
